You want your work to be faster and easier without sacrificing precision and many other things. As a painter, I have wanted to avoid as much duplication as possible over the years of making thousands of estimates. This time is doubled if you want a professional appraisal. It’s bad enough at work when a painter ruins a cut or paint drips onto a finished surface and needs to be renewed. This duplication of work drives me crazy.
